Science
I am a biochemist and currently I am following a PhD program in the field of Protein Engineering. The topics in science I find more attracted to are evolution, both at a molecular level and at species level, and applied molecular biology.
Programming
As a teenager, I learnt to make programs in Basic and Pascal. I've always felt fascinated about the complexity and possibilities than computers offer. Programming makes you able to explore this complexity and make computers do things nobody imagined. So, from time to time, I use to create little programs in order to satisfy little needs or simply for fun. The language I used the most nowadays is Python, but I also undestand C, Pascal and Basic.
Electronic music
I've always thought electronic sound are amazing. Most of all, I marvel at the ability to create sounds impossible to recreate with classical instruments. Thus, when I got my first computer, I began searching for information and programas to create music with it. Nowadasy, the program I use is called Buzz. It is a virtual modular sound studio, a very powerful one.
