The King is His Height Royal Joan II. He happened to the throne to King Joan I that I abdicate by disease the 1 of December of 2003. He is the third King of the Kingdom of Riboalte. The First King and founder of the Kingdom were His Height Royal Emili I.

The King is the Chief of State and by right that it gives him the effective Constitution is the president of the Government, president of the Royal Council (Parliament) and is the person in charge of the outer subjects. The King can choose his successor between any nobleman of the Royal Council.
