Article One-
Non-Aggression
Section One: Neither nation shall undertake an act of aggression
against the other.
Section Two: If either nation enters a state of war against two or
more aggressors, then the other will enter the war as their ally.
Section Three: Neither nation will declare war upon the other’s
allies.
Article Two- Dual
Citizenship
Section One- Citizens of the Empire of Jaconia and the Kingdom of
Riboalte may if they so wish, become citizens of both nations.
Section Two- Dual citizens may reside and receive employment
within either nation.
Section Three- Dual citizens are accountable to the laws of the
nation that they are currently residing in.
Section Four- When inside the Kingdom of Riboalte, dual citizens
enjoy full democratic rights.
Section Five- The Head of State/s of either nation may not become
dual citizens. Nor may those immediately subordinate to them
receive said dual citizenship.
Article Three-
Appointment of Ambassadors
Section One- An ambassador for each nation may be appointed
through the appropriate channels for each nation. This ambassador
must first be approved by the second nation.
Section Two- Ambassadors may serve for the duration of the treaty
unless otherwise dismissed through appropriate channels.
Section Three- An ambassador may not be a dual citizen
Article Four-
Validity of Treaty
Section One- Upon being ratified, this treaty is valid for five
years. It may be renewed after that time if the
Empire of
Jaconia and the Kingdom of Riboalte so wish.
Section Two- Until the treaty has expired, it is impregnable.
Section Three- The Treaty must be personally ratified by the Head
of State/s of each nation.
