Let’s start to communicate... I want to introduce myself into your consideration about how and in which areas I can contribute in Training and Consultancy:

Dear friends,

I have been working in the Development of Human Resources for more than 20 years. I advised, coached and formed hundreds of employees of different levels. Nowadays, I prioritise to work with an international net to give and to receive the best of all of us. I am very proud to offer you my contribution based on the success, knowledge and skills I obtained in my position as responsible manager in a Human Resources company.

In my moving from South America to Spain I had to extend my aims. The first part of my professional life I start as an university teacher. Then I studied in the IESE, the business school that represents the Harvard programs and I also finished the doctoral program in Sociology of Organisations. I attended to training in communication, practising NLP, communication skills and other specialised tools. During these years, I thought in several occasions about the meanings of the work during lifetime. I confirmed my opinions in numerous professional associations in which I have occupied charges of direction as well as in many journalistic articles.

I wish to participate in projects in different geographic areas. I am fluent in English as well as in French as my second languages.
